These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "Player", "Member") and Redplay2u ("Company", "Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the website located at https://redplay2u.cam and all associated services, products, games, and features offered thereon.

By registering an account, accessing the platform, or placing any bet, wager, or game action on Redplay2u, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and Redplay2u.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the individual account registered by a User on the Redplay2u platform.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a User's Account at any given time, comprising Real Money Balance and/or Bonus Balance.
• "Bonus Balance" means promotional funds credited to an Account that are subject to wagering requirements prior to withdrawal.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by the User via an accepted payment method, net of any applicable fees.
• "Wagering Requirement" (also referred to as rollover) means the number of times Bonus funds must be staked before they become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required of all Members prior to processing withdrawal requests.
• "Prohibited Territories" means jurisdictions in which access to or use of the Platform is restricted or prohibited by applicable law.
• "Platform" means the website, mobile browser interface, applications, and any other digital product operated by Redplay2u under the domain https://redplay2u.cam.
• "Game Rules" means the specific rules governing each individual game or betting market available on the Platform.

To register and maintain an Account on Redplay2u, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

1. You are at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum age requirement for access to casino-style and sports betting activities on this Platform.
2. You are registering as a private individual acting your personal capacity, and not on behalf of any commercial entity or third party.
3. You are not a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited, restricted, or unlicensed under applicable law.
4. You have not previously been excluded from the Platform, whether voluntarily through self-exclusion or by decision of Redplay2u.
5. You are not currently subject to a court order, legal incapacity, or other legal restriction that would prevent you from entering into legally binding agreements.
6. You are registering under your own true identity. The use of aliases, false identities, or fictitious personal information is strictly prohibited and will result in Account termination and forfeiture of funds.

Each individual is permitted to holdone Account only on the Redplay2u platform. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, Malaysian contact number, email address, and preferred payment method.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. Redplay2u will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain credential security. You agree to notify our support team immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.

Redplay2u reserves the right to conduct periodic identity checks, request supporting documentation, and verify the accuracy of the information provided during registration or at any subsequent point. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension.

• One Account per household, device, IP address, or shared network connection is permitted.
• Account sharing with third parties is strictly prohibited.
• Account transfer, sale, or assignment to another person is not permitted under any circumstances.

By accessing the Platform, you agree to use it solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. Specifically, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You will not use the Platform for any commercial purpose, including acting as an agent or conduit for third-party bettors.
• You will not attempt to exploit software vulnerabilities, glitches, or technical errors within the Platform for financial gain. Any winings arising from demonstrable technical errors are void and will not be paid out.
• You will not use any automated systems, bots, scripts, or software to interact with the Platform in any manner not expressly authorised by Redplay2u.
• You will not engage in any form of collusion, match-fixing, arbitrage betting strategy that exploits promotional terms, or any other conduct that undermines the integrity of the games or betting markets.
• You will gamble responsibly. Redplay2u encourages all Members to set deposit limits and make use of available responsible gambling tools.

The Platform and all its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While Redplay2u makes reasonable efforts to maintain uninterrupted access to the Platform, we do not guarantee that the service will be available at all times without technical interruption.

Redplay2u accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Malaysian payment methods: Touch'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, and direct bank transfer. Additional payment options, including cryptocurrency (BTC, USDT), may be available from time to time.

Deposits: All deposits are credited to your Account in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). The minimum deposit amount is RM30. Deposits are generally credited instantly for e-wallet and FPX transactions. Processing times for other methods may vary.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

1. Your Account must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed.
2. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the Account holder. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted.
3. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. There is no maximum withdrawal limit, though high-value withdrawals may be processed in instalments at our discretion and subject to additional verification.
4. Redplay2u reserves the right to apply a 1x wagering requirement on deposited real money funds in cases where fraud or money laundering is suspected, and to delay withdrawal processing pending investigation.
5. Bonus funds must satisfy all applicable wagering requirements before the associated winings can be withdrawn.

From time to time, Redplay2u may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback rebates, reload promotions, referal rewards, and other promotional incentives to Members. All such offers are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated at the point of offer, which form an extension of these Terms.

General bonus conditions applicable to all promotions unless otherwise stated include:

• Bonuses are limited to one per player, household, IP address, or device unless the specific promotion states otherwise.
• Bonus funds must be wagered the stated number of times before withdrawal is permitted. Wagering on certain game types (e.g., low-RTP slots or table games with optimal strategy) may contribute less than100% towards the wagering requirement.
• Redplay2u reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time with reasonable notice.
• Bonus abuse — including the use of multiple accounts, systematic exploitation of bonus terms, or collusion — will result in forfeiture of bonus funds and winings and may result in Account suspension.
• If a withdrawal is requested before a wagering requirement is met, the Bonus Balance and any bonus-derived winnings will be forfeited. The remaining Real Money Balance may be withdrawn subject to standard withdrawal conditions.

The Platform offers a range of gaming and betting products including sports betting (football, Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, UFC, and other markets), live casino games, slot machines, lottery-style games, and arcade games. Each product operates under specific Game Rules, which are accessible within the relevant game or betting interface.

• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled, reversed, or amended after placement unless the Platform experiences a demonstrable technical error that materially affects the outcome.
• In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome or bet settlement, the records held by Redplay2u's system shall be considered definitive, subject to review by our compliance team.
• Redplay2u reserves the right to void any bet placed at clearly eroneous odds, resulting from a pricing or data feed error, regardless of whether the bet has been confirmed or the event has concluded.
• Live betting markets may be suspended at any time due to the pace of in-game events. Bets placed immediately before a suspension are subject to review and may be voided if placed after an event materially affecting the outcome has already occurred.
• All slot and casino games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. The RNG has been independently tested and certified.

The following activities are expressly prohibited on the Redplay2u platform and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all funds:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information.
• Registering or operating more than one Account on the Platform.
• Using the Platform to launder money, process illegal payments, or engage in any activity that facilitates financial crime.
• Employing automated software, artificial intelligence, bots, or any other non-human means to interact with the Platform.
• Engaging in collusion with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting technical errors, glitches, or software vulnerabilities in a manner that provides undue advantage.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users or Redplay2u staff in any manner.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited, or facilitating access for others from such jurisdictions.
• Reproducing, distributing, or commercially exploiting any content from the Platform without prior written consent from Redplay2u.

All content on the Redplay2u platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, data, software, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of Redplay2u or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include the right to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or commercially exploit any Platform content without Redplay2u's prior written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Redplay2u shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds due to gambling outcomes — all bets carry inherent financial risk and past results do not guarantee future performance.
• Service interruptions, technical failures, or connectivity issues beyond the reasonable control of Redplay2u.
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Decisions made by a User in reliance on information or odds displayed on the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by Redplay2u's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Either party may terminate the Account relationship at any time, subject to the following conditions:

Voluntary Closure by the User: You may request Account closure at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or email. Upon closure, any Real Money Balance remaining after settlement of open bets will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to KYC completion and applicable withdrawal conditions.

Termination by Redplay2u: We reserve the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at our sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where:

• A breach of these Terms has occurred or is suspected;
• Fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity is suspected;
• KYC documentation cannot be verified or is found to be fraudulent;
• Account activity is inconsistent with the profile of a bona fide recreational player;
• The User has provided false or misleading information during registration.

In cases of termination for breach, Redplay2u reserves the right to forfeit any Account Balance, including Real Money Balance and Bonus Balance, as a remedy for the breach. This is without prejudice to any other legal remedies available to us.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Redplay2u is incorporated or licensed to operate, as determined from time to time by Redplay2u in its sole discretion.

In the first instance, any dispute should be raised with our customer support team, who will attempt to resolve it within a reasonable timeframe. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it may be escalated to the relevant licensing authority in the jurisdiction where the Platform holds its operating licence.

Malaysian players are reminded that online gambling is subject to Malaysian law, and it is your responsibility to understand and comply with all applicable regulations in your jurisdiction. Redplay2u makes no representation that the Platform is lawful or available for use in all locations.

Redplay2u reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, we will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice, which may be given by posting a notice on the Platform, sending an email to your registered address, or updating the "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this document.

Your continued use of the Platform after any changes to these Terms have been published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you should cease using the Platform and request Account closure. We recommend reviewing this page periodically to remain informed of the current Terms.
